Passmore Deals provides support to sellers and buyers alike, assisting them to prepare for and conduct smaller company and business sales and acquisitions, typically in those cases where such sellers and buyers do not have the time or experience to devote fully to the process themselves and where the costs of obtaining “senior” corporate finance support is disproportionate to the size of the transaction.

Passmore Deals was formed in January 2007 by Jeremy Lincoln. Jeremy was with his previous company, Fleming Lincoln Limited, for 9 years where he helped companies and owner/managers to buy and sell businesses. Prior to that, Jeremy was Partner in and a mergers and acquisitions lawyer with a leading provincial firm of Solicitors.
