Depending on the extent of the mandate Passmore Deals is to undertake, we would normally operate on the basis of one of two alternative fee structures (or a mix of both, with corresponding reductions or increases of the different types of fee as appropriate):-
1. Time based
Our time based fees are usually based on a rate between £500 and £750 per man day, plus a limited success related fee once the terms of the deal have been agreed.
2. Flat fee + success fee
On this basis, we would charge a flat fee (the amount being dependent on the extent of our involvement), due immediately on the commencement of our appointment and a contingent success related fee payable once transaction terms have been agreed.
